Requirements and Eligibility:
- You must be a qualified medical doctor from a recognized country.
- You must pass the Danish language test.
- You must complete a one-year internship in Denmark.
Details about the program:
- You must apply for Danish registration if you have completed medical training as a medical doctor from Bangladesh and wish to work as a medical doctor in Denmark.

Process:
Becoming a doctor in Denmark can be complex, but it is possible with careful planning and preparation. Here are the basic steps:
- Apply for a temporary residence permit.
NIEC will help you get a temporary residence permit visa for 3 years. After getting the VISA, you can move to Denmark. - Learn Danish.
You must pass a Danish language test to work as a doctor in Denmark. Many resources are available to help you learn Danish, including online courses and language schools. This test is held twice yearly, in May/June and November/December. - Pass the Danish medical licensing exams.
The Danish medical licensing exams are designed to assess your knowledge of Danish medical practice. The exams have two parts: a written and an oral test. - Course in Danish health legislation.
This course is mandatory for all the applicants for residency in Denmark who are accepted and enrolled to start the training in a Danish hospital. The course is usually held 4-5 times a year. - Find a job.
Once you have passed the exams, you can start looking for a job in Denmark. Many hospitals and clinics in Denmark are looking for qualified doctors. - Permission to work independently.
