Process:

To become a nurse in Denmark, you need to go through few steps as follows:

1. Apply for a temporary residence permit.

NIEC will help you get a temporary residence permit visa for 3 years. After getting the VISA, you can move to Denmark.

2. Pass the Danish medical licensing exams.

The Danish medical licensing exams are designed to assess your knowledge of Danish medical practice. The exams have two parts: a written and an oral test.

3. Course in Danish health legislation.

This course is mandatory for all the applicants for residency in Denmark who are accepted and enrolled to start the training in a Danish hospital. The course is usually held 4-5 times a year.

4. Find a job.
